With so many storm chasers and traveling roofers knocking at your door, it’s hard to know who to trust. Here at Eagle Eye, we think that’s just plain wrong. Your roof is one of the most important aspects of your home, providing protection to your house and family.
You deserve to feel confident when you hire a contractor to work on your roof. That’s why we created a list for homeowners of questions to ask a roofer before they get on your roof.
Any reputable roofing contractor you are potentially going to work with should confidently answer these questions. Asking these questions will also give you an idea of the contractors’ customer service and how willing they are to work with you and take the time to make you feel comfortable. If a roofing contractor is bothered by these questions or doesn’t have a solid answer for you, then there’s a good chance they aren’t the right fit for you.
Questions about the Roofing Contractor’s Business
Some of the answers to these questions can be found on the roofing contractors‘ website, which would be a good sign that they are transparent about their business. If you’re unable to find the answers to these questions online, you should be able to ask them over the phone before choosing to hire them. Again, if a roofing contractor is unwilling to answer important questions, it’s a good sign that you shouldn’t hire them.
