Being from a small town himself, Eagle Eye owner Jason Harley has empathy towards homeowners who want a simple life and a home to match. A good roof can ensure their investment was worth it and their home and family are kept safe and sound.
This is heavily dependent on the type of material used for your roof. For example, asphalt shingles may need to be replaced every 15-30 years. Meanwhile, metal roofs can last up to 75 years. Once again, if you’re not sure if your roof needs a replacement, give us a call, and we’ll let you know after a FREE roof inspection!
Granule loss that causes bald spots on your roof, cracked shingles, granules on your driveway or lawn, and dark streaks are all signs that your roof may need to be replaced.
It is difficult to estimate how long a repair job will take without first assessing the damage. That being said, we prioritize emergency repairs and then would repair structural damage before installing new shingles. Minor repairs can be done in 1-2 days while larger, more extensive damage or replacements will take longer.
