These business owners needed a new roof for their commercial building, so we installed a new TPO roofing system for them. TPO roofing systems consist of a single synthetic sheet and supporting scrim which can be used to cover flat roofs. Thermoplastic Polyolefin is one of the fastest growing commercial roofing systems on the market.
The TPO membranes are produced in sheets 10, 12 or 20 feet wide. Then, these sheets are rolled up and brought to the commercial building. TPO has achieved industry approval for reflecting UV rays with the natural reflective surface. A commercial single ply membrane roof can last 30 years if properly installed and maintained.
